Thanks to the tireless, energetic, tenacious, well-prepared and highly capable owner, who manages employees and collaborators with mastery and professionalism, personally carrying out or supervising crucial activities such as research and selection of products, negotiation of the purchase price and setting of the selling price, definition of the group of items to be presented in each teleshopping or live auction, telephone customer support, etc. Thanks to the selected and close-knit team that makes up the staff: capable, smart, willing, highly efficient and professional young people, very polite and courteous, communicative and friendly, with whom it is always a pleasure to interact. This is also thanks to external collaborators chosen for their experience and professionalism. For the avoidance of doubt, I would like to point out that I have no ties to the company; I have known them for about a year, since I turned to them to sell some of my valuable vintage bags that I had inherited, seeing firsthand what was illustrated above.
